In any publicly shared footage, the participant’s face, full name, and other identifying visual information will be blurred, removed, or otherwise obscured. Penguin Test Prep will not publicly display the participant’s unblurred face or identifiable likeness without obtaining separate permission.

I grant this permission worldwide, royalty-free, and without the need for further approval or compensation. I confirm that I am either the participant and at least 18 years old or the participant’s parent or legal guardian and am authorized to provide this consent.
